About Keep Beating CPR
My name is Benson Ngatia, and my journey into first aid began in a school in Kenya, East Africa, where I served as a Boy Scout providing basic care. Today, as a Firefighter and Paramedic in the Denver metro area, I’ve seen firsthand the tragic outcomes of lacking CPR and AED skills. That’s why I founded Keep Beating CPR—to ensure individuals and healthcare professionals have the life-saving techniques they need.
We offer CPR/AED, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and babysitting/childcare training through hands-on, flexible courses. I also bring a teaching background and a Master’s in Theology and Recreation of Teaching and Learning, driven by my passion for educating others. When I’m not teaching or on duty, I’m with my supportive wife of 19 years and our three wonderful boys.

Our vision is to empower everyday people with the confidence and capability to save lives, creating safer communities one trained responder at a time.
