About the Course
This blended learning module combines online training and in-person sessions. Participants start with a online CPR/AED & First Aid module, receiving a completion certificate. Then, a CPR/AED & First Aid hands-on session with an Instructor completes the course. This dynamic approach ensures flexibility and practical skill application for a comprehensive learning experience. After completion of both modules, the participant receives a two-year certification from American Heart Association and/or Red Cross.

My name is Benson Ngatia, and my journey into first aid began in a school in Kenya, East Africa, where I served as a Boy Scout providing basic care. Today, as a Firefighter and Paramedic in the Denver metro area, I’ve seen firsthand the tragic outcomes of lacking CPR and AED skills. That’s why I founded Keep Beating CPR—to ensure individuals and healthcare professionals have the life-saving techniques they need.
